Not to be confused with Ulysses S. Grant. Nero was an enlisted pilot-turned officer that doesn't seem to have a biography, or a wikipedia page. Can someone give me something substantial? Like, where he was born, how he was raised, and a sordid of other details.

Speech for USAF related class. I've also perused those few details, but they're not very substantial. I'm talking like where he was born, where he enlisted, and any service-related stuff outside of his Army Air Core career.

Seems about right. I think this was the 15-pages of biography I was looking for, but all the links I found were to books that I needed to buy.
