All my web browsers keep crashing as soon as they start up. I have tried, IE, Chrome, Firefox, and Opera and they all crash once I click them. I still have internet access and I am fairly sure I do not have a virus. In safe mode Chrome will start up but after a few clicks on some links it will crash. Any suggestions?
3) Open System Information In vista or windows 7 just type it in the search box
In windows XP: Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information
Expand Software Enviroment
Click Windows Error Reporting
here you should see the crash reports for IE, Chrome, Firefox, and Opera.
click on a line and do ctrl+C to copy it.
I strongly recommend you perform a virus scan. Download the scanning application on another computer, such as malwarebytes or combofix and run it on the computer with the internet issues. I would also recommend running LSPFix. It does not hurt to be safe.
