    Seriously though, the amount of calories in not water drinks is ridiculous. And the marketing behind them makes me annoyed.

    Drink Gatorade and perform like an athlete. no you won't. You'll go for a lazy jog, drink more calories than you burned and then wonder why you lost weight.

    Nah, milk is pretty good for you, it's almost a complete meal.
