*I asked the internet if it knew these questions before I posted this but didn't find what I wanted*

I'm just looking for the gear needed for the raids.

EV 8 mans normal mode can be ran with a mixture of shoddy geared and well geared people.
EV 16 man normal mode is this also the case?

Karagga 8 mans normal recommended gear?
Karagga 16 mans normal recommended gear?
