Khorne dominates Norsca and Horned Rat gets no DAC in Empire.

I am secondary ruiner in the Empire. Also, does Tzeentch and Horned Rat split the primary ruiner points fifty-fifty? I don't believe first place ruiner in the Empire is worth 18 points.

I think this is the most points for me... 4 points for the badlands, when the empire ruins all but 1 rat under empires giving me 5 vp, the rest go to the border princes, taking second and giving me 9 points, that's 18 in total so puts me on 50. I can't check points for others but think that should do it right?

From page 21 of rules....

If two or more players tie for the most corruption
tokens in the region, the “first” and “second” values are
summed and divided by the number of tied players to
determine how many victory points each of those players
scores. Fractional victory points are not scored (i.e.,
round down). In such cases, no other (i.e., no non-tied)
players score points.

The sequence for under empire is: Domination-> ruin participation score-> move rats->calculate 1st and 2nd ruiner, so right now I am sole 1st ruiner in empire and nurgle is 2nd.

Yes, the timing for the Under Empire is kinda tricky. The rats score immediate ruination points but BEFORE ranking for first and second ruiner, the rats decide where to move.
And yes, interested in another game I am!

Good game and congrats Cerberus Well played.
I think I will try Slaanesh next game. My secondary choice is evenly divided between Khorne and the Horned Rat. Next game will probably be my last until mid May (because of frakkin exams)

Wow that ended up pretty close, grats to Cerberus for squeeking it out.

I'm up for another game, would like to try my hand at some mindless violence with Khorne.

GG guys, there were some good plays. I spent ages calculating best way to get points and what that did for others points, glad it paid off. for another game I was going to say I'd like slaanesh but mi-go beat me to it, so I'd like my favourite please, tzeentch, or slaanesh if I get out rolled for him.

In my last sequence of actions I should have...
Played lambs to the slaughter in Brettonia, sucking the Big Rat to Brettonia ( And Big Green, And big Purple, and a little Blue). Which I think would have got me the second place in BP for another 4 points.
I was figuring I needed to make sure I hit in BP because otherwise I would not reliably get the second DAC, getting me the 4 points mentioned above. (and there would have been another ratling)

Trying a little harder would have meant having the 4th cultist not in the BP, but in TC instead.
And the 2nd Warrior in BP being somewhere with a cultist, but I don't think that extra 5 would have made it, only getting to 49 and all.

I think under empire is really strong, but I think the rat needs it. It is stupidly hard to get first place ruination. You have to live on second places unless you get a great skitterleap off. It is a first pick everytime for the rat though.

I agree that the Under Empire clearly outshines all other Horned Rat upgrades. I mean, "you can treat regions with Skaven tokens as adjacent regions AND move any number of figures from a ruined region"? That's incredibly multipurpose.
I probably shouldn't have dumped all my eggs in one basket in The Empire and hoped for the best. Somehow, a nagging thought in my head warned that Tzeentch was very likely to place Havoc. But I ignored this little voice, and it cost me dearly...

Yeah, I could tell early on based on cultist movement tzeentch was going to play havoc. I think it would have been better to get points from the multiple ruinations that happened!

So Overhamsteren gets Khorne but there are conflicts for the others so roll off, 1d100 on the dice roller, use the campaign title "rpt4", highest roller picks first, second highest second and so on...
