Please don't take that as a sign of aggression, dear brother - I just have this feeling that Mr. Angry is on the verge of a rampage and this is cheaper than summoning a new Horror. If I actually roll a hit for once I'll probably just kill a peasant.

Morrslieb Eclipsed - Players cannot play Chaos cards. At the beginning of each summoning phase, players may sacrifice two of their figures that are on the board to ignore this effect for that round. (Place the sacrificed figures on this card. They are not removed from this card until the round is over.)
Rousing the Rabble - During the end phase, when Hero tokens are resolved, all Peasant tokens count as additional Heroes (they are still Peasants for all other purposes).
Chaos Effects
Quicken Decay in the Empire giving gramps free VP when other god's crash or leave his party.
Warpshock in the Empire giving Tzeentch domination value for every magic symbol and warpstone in the region.
Verminous Horde in Estalia making everything for everyone else a lil more expensive.
Virulent Outbreak in Tilea making it populous? Someone please explain how does disease make a place populous cause the last person that tried didn't make much sense.

Oh, and an outbreak makes people flee from the cities, to the smaller villages to get away from the contagion, therefore making them more populous...
(Also the game considers 5 cultists to be populous... Go use your logic somewhere else!) :P

You even need to be careful with the Ruiners bonus to make sure your figures are present at the right time. This tripped up the Rat in game 57: his figures started in the Border Princes and so couldn't make it to the Empire in time to participate in its ruination. (They could have gone there just for the 1st/2nd place points, but he passed on that option.)
Board update in an hour or so.
