MS Publisher resizing after print

Scratching my head on this one (and also a day behind on getting out an agency newsletter):

First off, yeah, MS Publisher--I know it's not the best, but it's what my agency has right now, so... working with what I got.

I'm putting together a 10-page internal agency newsletter. Standard 8 1/2" x 11". The thing is that Publisher 2003 keeps resizing the NL once I send my print command. It's resizing the NL to 10" x 14". This is happeneing no matter what printer I send to in our office, including Acrobat Distiller. It ONLY happens once I send the print command. I can manually change the Page Setup to 8 1/2" x 11" but as soon as I send it to print, Publisher changes it again to 10 x 14.

I have to get the NL into a PDF in order to publish it to our agency's internal website, so I need to get the print command to play nice and not change the size of the NL. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance and I can post additional info on my PC/hardware/software specs if needed.

As a quick fix, could you print to 10x14 and then crop the PDF in Acrobat?

You probably have a bleed or something similar that's causing it to push the page sizes larger, but that's all I could guess.

That's a thought... I'll check into that tomorrow as I'm shutting down for the day. Thanks.
