Middle row, far right. I have NO idea what that is.

I wasted 20 minutes on google image search and I'm getting nowhere.

    Why not just see what the odd man out is from the listing of games? I'm on my iPhone or I'd do it for you. Everything other game has the title on the label.

    Because one of those 9 listings is actually the subtitle of another of the games. The seller didn't list the title of that one.

    But it is Fatal Labyrinth.

    Ah, I can see it now that I'm on my MacBook Pro. It was all sorts of wonky looking with the formatting on the iPhone.

    Thanks guys. I'm usually pretty good at identifying my Genesis games, not today I guess.

    I think I played this on the Sega Channel, but never saw the cart.

    Do you have a smart phone? If you have this problem again you can use the app "google goggles" in which you take a photo and it automatically runs it through google to find the closest possible match.

    I'd never actually used Goggles before, but just tested it up there.

    Not only did it give me the title it gave me prices and places I could buy it.

    Totally awesome.

    e: Damn I'm seriously still impressed. Science.

    No smart phone. I'm a bit of a Luddite. Why else would I be playing Genesis games when I've got all the current gen consoles.

    Fatal Labyrinth was a good game. I never played that style, but I think it was sort of a roguelike for the Genesis. Randomized everything up until the end of the game.
