Call Forwarding?

I manage a small team of developers, and due to some new clients coming on to one of our applications we are expanding our support hours. We now have to be able to provide an 'on-call' support number for off-hours issues. I'm going to be rotating who is on-call, and I thought a somewhat elegant solution would be a single support number that we could route to different cell phones, depending on who is on-call at the time. However, there are a lot of call-forwarding options out there, and a good number smell sketchy. Does anyone know of a good, *cheap* option for this? It doesn't have to be free, but we don't have much in the way of extra budget.

Should have been a rock star.

    Google Voice?

Learning to use your carriers forwarding options since most allow you to forward calls with a * code, less accessible than a shared Voice account through.

Short of an internal phone system thing, yes, Google Voice. Memory serves it will let you define what numbers to ring based on time/date and such.
