A trap is for fish: when you've got the fish, you can forget the trap. A snare is for rabbits: when you've got the rabbit, you can forget the snare. Words are for meaning: when you've got the meaning, you can forget the words.
I miss the days when true showman were out there. I feel old and grumpy, but I was raised on theater and dance, and know just how much work goes into doing stuff like that. It's probably why I enjoy up close magic and sleight of hand versus big show pieces.

Penn is an amazing guy and I've met him on a number of occasions. Bright, and loud-hearted kinda guy. If you guys listen to the WTF! podcast by Marc Maron, which is excellent btw, he did a show with Penn a few months back and Penn actually talks about getting some crystal balls for a trick that really didn't work out, so instead he let his juggler friend borrow a few and play with them.
Inadvertently, Penn helped create whats now known as Contact Juggling. And those people saying it is an ancient art or lost art are bullshitting you, it came from the 80's and too much spare time.

Looking at this, with men in horse head masks and a person yelling out "Get the cheese!", before seeing a man being carried out on a stretcher with golfclapping in the background, this thought crossed my mind: "And people think the Japanese are weird."

I'm honestly not a big Bon Iver fan but I really enjoyed what I caught of their Coachella set on the stream, especially this song.
Also the Childish Gambino set was fantastic, Donald Glover tore up the stage on a goddamn broken foot.
