Scott needs to use a Windows Phone. The Ampersand is the first symbol on the button to switch to numbers/symbols mode, and it's available on the first page of symbols.
Who knew that when they hired Andrew that he'd be so useful!
This is a travesty. Without ampersand education in our schools, how will children know how to make the "man who is angry to learn he got a tapeworm from eating sushi" emoticon?

The same way we make ümlauts we find someone who has already made it and copy pasta.
I have to say I have not been enjoying this series as much as I expected to. The first episode was great, but it was K&S being K&S to other people who weren't in on the joke which was hilarious. Every other episode has been them doing scripted skits. It's just amusing instead of hilarious now.

Actually, I couldn't stand the first episode seemingly for exactly the reason you liked it. I'd been staying away from it until the last couple of episodes, and found them way more within my threshold of uncomfortable humour. I think I'll cautiously go back and see if I can enjoy some of the earlier ones as well.

I am somewhat in Falx's camp. There has been hilarity, this is the first episode that's kinda left me cold. I'm not too much into the scripted angle... the scripted uncomfortable angle. Slides a bit close to Curb Your Enthusiasm sometimes (as someone mentioned way back at the beginning) which is fine for Larry David, but I want Kris & Scott. Which I feel best comes from impromptu stuff. I'm not complaining or saying I don't love the K&S Show, but it just strikes me odd sometimes.
This was actually one of my favorite episodes, so I guess it just goes to show that the show appeals to people for a variety of reasons. Maybe it tries to cover too many different styles of humor to please everyone, but I think it is great overall.
You fuck wit' Die Antwoord, you fuck wit' da army.
The whole plot was not new for a sitcom (most recent time I can think of seeing it was in 30 Rock when Liz let Jenna use an unclipped harness), but in most sitcoms that sort of dynamic is the smallest of subplots. So if what is basic subplot material is the core of your episode, then you need to make sure you dialogue is popping or its going to seem flat.
I guess its harder to add plot complexity when its just the two of them - I think the better episodes have involved multiple people, because then there's more to work with.

1) "... by slaves."
2) Andrew in a Canucks shirt.
