olol Sony (billing issues with PSN)

Long story short:

On 3/11, I purchased Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions for $9.99. My bank account was charged (as a pending amount) twice. Concerned, I called Sony support. According to them, I was ony charged once. Since it was a pending charge only, I let it go and figured I would check back later to see if one of the charges dropped off.

On 3/14, I purchased the two-year Vita accidental damage protection plan for $69.99. This was entered as a pending charge.

On 3/15 or 3/16, both $9.99 pending charges dropped off my bank statement. No charge was finalized.

On 3/20 (this morning), $69.99 came back in my account and the pending Vita protection plan charge vanished with no final charge.

I guess I'm more venting than asking for advice. I find Sony support to be kind of annoying to deal with and I feel like it's not my responsibility to make sure they properly take my money - but I'd like to balance my account properly. Should I wait a few more days, or just call now? I find it weird that the charge from 3/11 hasn't been fully charged yet.

edit: I forgot to mention: Another concern of mine is that they will turn around and say my protection plan is invalid because I was never properly charged. You only have 30 days from date of purchase of the Vita and I am already past that.

They actually took your money? I've been fighting PSN for the past 2 weeks trying to add money to my PSN wallet so I could download games for my Vita, and they refuse to take my money. I attempted to call technical support, but they blamed my internet connection. Yes...my internet connection. I would suggest calling them. At least get that option out of the way. From what I've read across the net, you're not going to get anywhere with it, but you could be the savior of the folks.

Didn't mean to hijack the thread with my own issue, but PSN is being a total pain right now. If you do get results, I'd be happy to know.

Edited to add something useful: I did end up being able to purchase things on the store, but only after I actually bought a PSN card at Wal-Mart. I had to purchase Monster Hunter Freedom Unite since the Vita refuses to take the UMD that I purchased a year or so ago for my PSP. As for the $69.99 damage protection plan...I have absolutely no clue. But if you want to purchase games, get a card. They can't deny that, as the card is activated upon purchase. And if they do deny it, then Sony will refund the money to you with a scanned image of the front/back of the card and a receipt of the purchase.
