Crazy laughs and moustaches

So, I've seen a couple threads that people start by saying it might fit better under H/A, but SE++ should, amongst all the dick jokes, be able to help.

I've been trying to remember something I saw on TV a good amount of time ago. It may have been a show, it may have been a commercial. The one thing that sticks out in my mind is a heavy-set man with a large bristly moustache, expressing hilarity at an odd situation, with a laugh that sounded roughly like:
"WAHHHHHH-HYUH-HYUH-HYUH-HYUH-HYUH-HYUH-HYUH-HYUH"

I've been trying like crazy to remember where I saw this, but to no avail. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?

    EDIT: remember when this was first posted? EVERYBODY had an avatar with a moustache for weeks. Entire pages of people with the same avatar. It was glorious!
