Projector + 360 + Audio?

So, I've... "liberated" a projector from work for the long weekend -it's an Optomo DLP something-or-other. My 360 is connected over HDMI and gets a great picture at 1080p, but now I need to connect it to my amp for audio. The projector has a headphone port but that seems to only be an input for using the unusably bad built-in speaker.
How would I go about getting video (via HDMI or presumaly VGA) to the projector and audio (via 3.5mm or red+white) to my amp? Does the 360's VGA lead have an audio breakout?
