Complicated tax woes, need advice

So, lets see if I can keep this explanation short. I am married, but getting divorced in the near-ish future. My wife is in the military, stationed in california(where I am domiciled, she is not). She is from Texas, domiciled. Her and I are filing joint federal taxes(which was a bad idea, but thats another story), whereas we are filing separate state taxes.

So... I've never had to file taxes more complicated than going through H&R block's online filing. From what I can tell, I need to file a form 540? And report half of our AGI on it? Is there somewhere I can do this for free online? Otherwise, how would I do this in person? I'm not exactly experienced in this. Also, her income is signifigantly larger than mine. I'm worried I may end up owing a large amount, because I have to report half of our combined income, whereas I paid very little taxes because I made little.

Hopefully someone who knows taxes decently could push me in the right direction here? With the divorce, things are already tense and stressful, and this is seriously confusing me. I have very little money due to this, and my wife certainly won't help me with it(despite cheating on me, she insists she doesn't want the divorce, so its all my fault), so I need to do my best not to get reamed on taxes. Help?

Wait, why do you have to individually report half of your combined income? Pretty sure if you're going the married but filing separately route for your state form you should only report what's on your W-2s.

From what I've looked up, filing seperate but married in a community property state makes you file taxes down the line equally.

Huh, I didn't know that! Given that, and the fact you are filing state taxes in different states, you probably want to at least talk to a tax professional.
