360 Pad on PC - disabling the trigger axis (SOLVED BY ACCIDENT)

I just dug out all my old Tomb Raider CDs and I'm a bit stuck configuring the controls for them.
I'm using my wired 360 pad, but I can't map the triggers to anything, presumebly because they're an analog axis type thing, and aren't recognised as normal buttons. Is there a way I can disable the axis controls for them?
EDIT: Doesn't matter, I was tinkering with some software that I've never gotten to work before, and it decided to work.
