Going to the Holy Land

Japan that is.
So what should I do there once I go there? I haven;t ever been there before, but I already have plans to go to Akihabara, the holy land for Otaku's. I was wondering what other sights there are to see? Tokyo Tower and an authentic inn in the Gifu prefecture is my other plans.
Of course this mean stocking up on some Manga, Anime Figures and Hentai Manga and games as well as figures. Is there anything else I am missing? Should I hire an interpreture as well? I am going there with $309,000 Yen as well as Credit Cards. Money isn't a problem as someone can wire me more. Of course that shouldn't be nessessary since I am going only for a week.
