I will also admit I don't fully understand the weight discrimination as a target. Most people guess my weight is about 15 pounds less than it is.

But I do think how people treat overweight people is horrendous. And I will admit I have done it myself and try my best not to let that awful part of me take over.

I liked that part a lot, even when was just kind of shuffling in place at exactly 140 bpm for 8 hours of trance music

i don't get that feeling from dancing or sex

i find dancing enjoyable for about half an hour before i'm like, fuck this, this is boring (although actual structured dancing is much more enjoyable both athletically and aesthetically)

whereas your experience of sex depends entirely on where you are in your head

Yeah, being fat dominates your life. It colors how you perceive others and how they perceive you. It affects every physical activity you do. It makes life uncomfortable to sit, to lay down, to stand.

And through all of that negativity, there are millions who still find it impossible to lose weight.

Shit is crazy and I don't understand myself even as I justify slipping from my diet. I am seeing some success, but I still slip way more than I can afford to.

    I'm getting better, though.

You should wear comfortable shoes that won't mark the floor, basically.

I would recommend that you, if it's not a pain, wear the shoes that you would be wearing were you to be actually dancing at an event. It will get your feet used to the shoes and you will get used to moving in them (if you practice in flats and then go dancing in 2inch heels, it's going to feel a fair bit different for a little while)

I waited four hours to make a two minute phone call.

So glad that is over with, wish my brain could think of any other scenario other than "the world ends and you die slowly" since that went really well.

Okay, now to replace broken phone with iPhone and then get digital comics app!

On the one hand, dancer bodies

On the other hand, women with soft tummies

How can you go wrong either way?

Also I guess pure dancing alone gets old, but traditionally one breaks it up with runs to the bar or chatting or trying to work up he nerve to talk to cuties or whatever so it works out

Think of the physiobiological implications of having a carapace and no skeletal or circulatory system when being that large

Some Electrical Engineering types use "Conventional Current", which is the flow of positive charge from positive to negative, instead of physical current which is the flow of electrons.

For their purposes there isn't any difference, it just means you switch the sign of the current.
