MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - An off-duty Northwest Airlines employee was arrested in Minneapolis after a woman on a flight from Seattle complained that the man had ejaculated on her.
The FBI identified the man as a 20-year-old from Lakewood, Samuel Oscar Gonzalez. He's facing a misdemeanor assault charge in federal court.
A court document says the woman said she was trying to sleep in her seat on the flight early today when the man sat down in an empty seat next to her. She said he touched her and then got up and left. She then realized what had happened, and told flight attendants.
The crew moved the man to a seat near the front of the plane and called police to meet the flight.
The FBI says Gonzalez was detained after his initial appearance today in federal court in Minneapolis.
Northwest Airlines says the worker has been suspended.
