Or was this an anomaly? I was just walking home from the market when I passed a college age dude talking on his cellphone with not only his fly opoen but his pants and belt completely undone and just hanging out (the belt, not his dong). He wasn't some homeless schmuck so I ask you, have you encountered this before and is it some terrifyingly idiotic new fashion statement sweeping the nation?
