I recommend the Loki miniseries by Robert Rodi and Esad Ribic as well as Journey into Mystery which is going on right now

in Journey he is actually a hero, since he was killed but cheated both Hel and Hell so he was just reborn as a child and is basically this 12 year old godling who has all of the wit and charm of Loki but with none of the memories, magical ability or malice.

Marvel Loki has been really good for the last while, he's been good from Straczynski's Thor relaunch onwards.

If Kieron Gillen is writing him he is especially amazing. Kid Loki in Journey Into Mystery in particular.
