There is a part later in the game where you are forced to shoot at 3 magicians (of sorts) while you're on a ship. This is normally easy cause you can see a glowing blue light and target that. But for some reason I can't see the lights at all. Admittedly it's been awhile since I played through the game, but I seem to recall the lights being fairly obvious.

    Had the same problem. What I did to resolve it was to check the walkthru on the game's webforums for the three wizard's locations, then zoomed in with the gun's binoculars to find them.
