I believe The Dudes were trying to acquire it for some time, but its owners were unreasonable and eventually they gave up.
The point of this topic is this. I'm going to make a "shaky cam" super low budget film and will release it on the internet like youtube. The film will have absolutely no action. It's all one dialogue piece involving actors having a discussion about a disturbing game that is rumored to exist. I'll gain fame and fortune. Maybe.

But right now I'm just starting writing the outline of the script and doing my best to fill the film with nothing but scenes of increasingly rising tension. It will be awesomely low budget but I can work with software programs that can alter the sound to give it a more cinematic feel.
