Razer Naga problems

Hi, was wondering if there happened to be anyone out there who could help with the problem I'm having. I have been using a naga for quite a while now with no problems, and I won a second one recently aswell. My main system which I have always used the naga with is a windows machine and so I setup the naga molton I won on my macbook and all was working fine. Then yesterday I decided to swap the mice around and use the new naga with my main system, it worked fine in windows but as soon as I loaded a game and pressed either a key on my keyboard or one of the 1-12 buttons on side of naga, I could only look up or down and spin around fast. I have tried uninstalling the mice and reinstalling I have downloaded the drivers and installed them off the razer website, I have download and installed the firmware update and followed their instructions for that, I have swapped out keyboards and swapped the mice back around but nothing has helped. Any help or ideas would be appreciated, by the way its a windows 7 machine, thanks alot.
