I need a recommendation for an inexpensive, but not totally trashy web cam for use on skype. I could go as high as $40, but if I can get away with $15 or less I'd prefer it. Any suggestions?

i have one of these and it works like a charm. the HD-5000 is on sale right now too for only a buck or two extra, but it has a built-in autofocus that is constantly going off and that drives most people insane
