Apache 6 with WebHost Manager

I'm not sure if this should go in here or in Moe's, so I apologize if this is in the wrong place, but I really need help with this.

I'm running a VPS using WebHost Manager, and this is my first time running a virtual private server. We only have the one domain, but needed the server for the Adobe Content Server's requirements.

The long and short of it is, we need to have the following installed:

-Apache V 2.x
-PHP 5+
-Java 1.5+
-Tomcat 6+

I used Easy Apache, and got most of this installed, except that the tomcat that was installed was 5.5. ACS does not work with tomcat 5.5, so I need to install tomcat 6.

The problem is, I have absolutely no idea how to do this. I've looked for a solution I can understand, but havent really found anything yet. I can use PuTTy to log in to the webserver, but I'm not sure what to do with it.

If anyone could help me in any way, I'd really appreciate it.
