I just saw this show the other day for the first time on G4. I like it. MXC is hilarious but this is cool, it's so physical, at least the 3rd and last stage. It's interesting to watch how much upper body stamina (pretty gay at this point) endurance people have.
They seem to let anyone compete as long as they are in good physical shape. From policeman to fishermen who train 300 days out of the year on their boat.

The play-by-play commentary and interviews with participants are subtitled in English while the introduction and player profiles have been dubbed by voice actor Dave Wittenberg. I like it, I just like seeing people do physical competition from the days of American Gladiators. I like fear factor, but the people on there are egotistical tools or psycho and I don't really like the gross food challenges. I can't even watch a lot of them because they leave me with a feeling of nausea.
