What's the best way to deepen shadows and dark areas? Matching my new monitor to the old has been difficult, because raising the contrast just seems to eliminate light shadows.The monitor's very bright to begin with, so you can only make things so dark.
Adding green seems to help, but it starts to wash the picture out at a certain point. Adding red whitens/ yellows the picture, but starts to eliminate shadows again. Thanks.
