Help w/Xbox Positions?

A couple months ago I started working for an technical recruiting company in the Seattle area. I'm not a recruiter, but I support them. We mostly have jobs for engineers, analysts, developers, etc., with some pretty big tech companies here, specifically Microsoft. We've recently gotten in a couple Xbox positions, and, as that interests me a whole lot, I'm trying to focus on that area. They explained that if we can prove we can fill the open positions, they're looking to expand to a whole dedicated group that just works on Xbox.

The help that I need is: do any of you have any advice on where I could source people for these kinds of jobs? Gaming industry-specific boards? Communities? One is a Hardware Tester, the other a Project Manager. They're specifically looking for people with gaming experience/knowledge.

Any advice or feedback on this would be greatly appreciated. I'm really green when it comes to this stuff, but I fraking love Xbox and want to help move this company in that direction. Thanks, guys.

Wouldn't Craigslist be a good place to start?

Craigslist has an entire section devoted to job listings.

Yes, I understand that. What I'm asking is: are there other places that specically gaming industry people look. I'm fully aware of all the normal boards like Craiglist, Monster, Dice, Indeed, etc.

I think Gamasutra has what you're looking for.

Gamasutra is for gaming companies themselves to post their open positions, not for companies to post open positions outside of themselves.

For testers, try some of the exploratory testing groups on linkedin or other testing organizations.
