Comedy is a wide ranging form that can encompass all varieties of offensive and inoffensive. Complaining about offensive (or inoffensive for that matter) comedians because you don't happen to like them is like losing your shit in a children's shoe store because nothing fits you.

I have no problem with offensive humor, I was mostly pointing out that someone suggesting previously that standup HAD to be offensive or was inherently offensive was a silly charge.
There was a huge kerfuffle in the critical community when a comedian called Michael Mcintyre won a bunch of awards with gentle "have you ever noticed..." comedy. Some Guardian hack who was interviewing Bill Bailey tried to lead him with a "isn't it terrible that this comedian is doing so well" type question and Bill Bailey just said "there's room for everybody".
I like Mcintyre's 'legal tender' bit. My friend hates him because he is a fan of so many other English comedians.
I tried to watch one of his specials and turned it off after about five minutes. It's just not for me. He's still a nice man and I'm glad he's so successful. There's room for things in popular culture that aren't to my taste.

Are you sure you know how to be on the internet. You're supposed to get incredibly angry about cultural ephemera and define yourself by what you consume.
To Rome With Love is interesting - the performances are much better by the ... indigenous? actors, and the themes / love letter to rome aspects are fun if a bit hamfisted

In the last hour he covered 47.5 km, solo, with a massive crosswind.
He is very likely doomed to be chased down, but still, damn.
nice

His stuff is funny, he just takes too long to move on. Whether I can watch him or not tends to depend on the mood I'm in.

Almost certainly a dead hard drive. He'll need to boot off something else, possibly a Mac OS X install USB drive or disc and check.
I've heard Rome is mediocre at best.
He's one of my favorite comedians for sure. I don't always like 100% of his jokes but I adore the way he bakes history into so many of his jokes.

Are you sure you went into the right theater? Everything else Wes Anderson has done is so gritty and brutal.
I have like three overlapping plans that I'm just going to try and Mrs Doubtfire my way through this whole bullshit
