Disabled Windows 7 Service Causes Screen-Tearing

I use this program called Game Booster 3.0 for gaming on my PC, which is set to automatically disable a list of services in order to boost performance toward the game. I've used it for a good while and always notice a smooth improvement with some of the more taxing games.

But I've also had this problem where I'm experiencing screen-tearing while the program is on. Not on any of the games themselves, but when browsing the Internet, scrolling down documents, and watching videos (either off YouTube or a media player).

I've been searching forever to find a cause for this, but the only answer I've found is that it's a specific Windows 7 service that the program is closing that results in the screen tearing.

So I'm posting a list of the services and processes closed by this thing, in the hopes you can tell me which one needs to be enabled so I don't experience screen tearing anymore.

I'm hoping you can help me out. It's the only annoyance in an otherwise solid program.
