So yeah im working on a playing style for the song Cleo's Mood. For the (probably) many of you who do not know what that song is, it is a Junior Walker reording on his album Shotgun.

I have the general idea as for the style of the chorus, but am not quite done yet. I have 2 recordings, one of Walker, and one of a man named Andrew Clark.

You can sample Walkers recording off itunes or whatever use use and you can find Clark's at http://www.acidplanet.com/artist.asp?pid=953300&T=5964.

I would like other's opinions on which style is more crowd pleasing.

I enjoyed Walker's version more but only really because there are less instruments playing. The keyboard and extra drums on the Clark version make it seem kind of cheesy, like something you'd hear on a "Learn to Play Sax Now!" CD.

heh, I personally know Clark, and I often comment on how is work comes off as corny. He'll get a kick outta that.
