Throat pain after fixing acid reflux

So I posted ages ago about throat pain and my reflux. Turns out my reflux isn't all that bad, as revealed by a barium swallow exam. I'm likely going to my doctor again but I wanted to see if anyone here has experienced the same thing. My throat seems to be coated in mucus and hurts if I eat poorly or a lot. I cut drinking milk which helped but hasn't solved it. My doctor suspects that it may be post nasal drop and I'm using nasal steroids but even that hasn't fixed it.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I may not have explained everything properly

Surely your doctor would know better, but it seems unlikely if the heartburn wasn't bad.

My brother had that reaction due to lactose - and you say cutting milk helped?
Are you eating any other dairy products when you eat "Poorly" or "a lot"... ?

I do not eat any other dairy products. My diet is pretty stable now.

I guess I'll need to go see an ENT about it
