when creating weapons with the dungeon masters guide, can enchantments like frost for instance be applied twice? so that instead of making your weapon flaming AND frost (which I alwasy thought just seemed dumb) you can make it deal +2d6 of just plain frost damage?

Oh my, if only, if only we had an actual thread about just these kinds of very questions. Then we could have all the answers that we wanted! But no, we have none, and it's definitely not right here on the front page and everything.

If only that were the case you could get an answer to your question.
The answer to your question is no.

Well, you could create like... a "Super Frost" enhancement that does the same thing, for the same + amount as two Frost enhancements.

As a dm I would say yes because you can have a combination of elemental enchants (like a sonic/electricity or a flame/sonic) so I agree with Mech in saying it would be a frost/frost weapon.
