Nawww, this was the real North Korea, not the idealised version that gets through the censors. They had shit like highways four lanes wide with only a handful of cyclists on because nobody can afford cars, wood-huts with enormous stone walls built in front of them so tourists can't see them and this huge fucking rusted hotel without any glass in the windows because WHOOPS we ran out of money and gave up.

It was indeed a good thread. Mostly pictures of ramshackled houses and korean dudes takin' a leak in the street but good nonetheless.
