Converting Greek fonts from Mac to PC

I have an Illustrator file created on a Mac, featuring a lot of Greek text. On the Mac side, this was done with a special Greek font (GrHelvetica, and a few variants). Is there any way to transfer this over to a PC? I have the Windows version of Illustrator, but I can't find a font equivalent to GrHelvetica that will let me make the thing readable.

More to the point, since my goal is to create a Word file out of this, is there any way to convert it directly into Unicode text or some other format that's standard on Word?

Don't know if this will help you or not, but if you're willing to pay for the font, (which a lot of people need to do), you should be able to get it here.
This is not the only font that they have that might be what you need, but they've got the Mac and PC versions of every font they have. I've worked with them before. As for converting it, I don't know if I can help there.

I don't believe it - I'm on my THIRD PS3, and my FIRST XBOX360. What the heck?
