Weird timestamps?

I just noticed that on the main page for the hub forum, the last post timestamps appear to be messed up. For example, vsove's last post in the current Trenches comic thread is showing a timestamp of 3:27AM on the main forum page, though it shows its proper time of 4:34PM when you enter the actual thread.
The Hub forum is the only one where I've noticed this behavior as of the moment.
