Last year I ran the Chicago Marathon. Result was I completed it in 3 hours and 29 minutes. This year I'm hoping to break the three hour marker and I figure one of the ways in doing this besides taking my training slightly more serious this year is to eat healthier. For the local forum marathon runners/dieticians/etc. what are ways or steps I can take to developing a healthier diet for this year's race?
(I also want to make note that alcohol has already been removed from the diet)
