Bluetooth USB Dongles/Adapters

I understand that they can make a non-bluetooth-enabled computer to be able to connect to bluetooth-enabled devices, but can they work vise-versa? For example, hooking it up to a regular (non-bluetooth) keyboard via a Female to Female adapter (the USB plug from the keyboard in one end, the USB bluetooth adapter in the other)... would that be able to turn the regular USB keyboard into a bluetooth keyboard? Thanks for the help.

No. The keyboard would have no way of recognizing the dongle.

Were you looking to do this, or just asking as a curiosity?
