While I would play the extra content on the ps3 more so than code veronica or watch that movie, any friends i'd be playing with would be on 360.
Has anyone crunched the numbers as far as how much (if any) is saved when you go in on this special edition? as opposed to buying the games standard edition and then getting the extra content on it's own?
just looking for some help with the numbers and ideas about if its' worth it, the special editions and RE6 in general.

Personally, I'd go with the PS3 version because that movie was pretty horrible and it's on netflix instant (and will be for a while I'm sure) and the Directors cut of 1-3 was better than the CVHD remake.
HOWEVER, you did say all of your friends are on the 360, so it's really a coin toss. How much do you think you'll actually play with them? I had a hard time playing RE5 online because I couldn't get a good schedule with my friends and one of us would always be a level ahead and we'd know where everything is when we played through with the other, or we'd inevitably start fighting over who gets what weapon.
are YOU on the beer list?

I'd love to get the PS3 Anthology edition, but it's US exclusive. Seriously, in terms of value it blows the 360 version away, imo.
For the UK, the bonus games are worth £55 total, for a hypothetical £15-20 more than the standard Resi 6. I imagine the US PSN has a similar pricing!
If RE6 is anything like 5 it'll be great for couch co-op. So I wouldnt worry too much about the online friends thing.
Plus PS3 version includes more games! And if you feel left out, you can always trade it back and wait for the inevitable 360 version with all of the DLC baked in.

Edit; forgot Resi 5!
