Wireless Question

BotznoyBotznoy Registered User regular
Recently i've lost my ethernet cord for my pc, i use it to plug into the internet when i move my pc to use on my big tv.

So i still want to use my pc with my tv but i don't have internet, What i was thing of was using my laptop's wireless internet and sharing the connection through a wire and running it like that.

Is that possible or is there a better/more elegant solution

Laptop runs XP

PC runs windows 7

I'm not sure what you are trying to do. Connect your laptop via wireless to the router and then connect the pc to the laptop with a wire?

Honestly just go buy another Ethernet cord or get one on monoprice, they cost like $5.
