Hey All: I hope it is O.K. to ask this question on here. I am in need of help to find a way to masturbate to the finish. I tend to go soft sometimes, before I finish, and that can be very frustrating. What I want to know is if there is any sex toy out there made for men with diabetes, that can suck you up until you are hard, but also be able to stay in the same unit and be able to suck or stroke you until you finish the job. I know all about the penis pump and the restriction/cock ring that you put on after using the penis pump, but the rings won't stay on very long before falling off, or just going limp while the ring in on. so that system don't seem to work to well for me. can anyone tell me if there is a better way? O.K., go for it my Friends? tell me what to do?
Frustrated BJ,,,,,Thank You For your HELP! :^:

    Hi,

I cannot recommend any toy or device, but you should first get checked by an Urologist, you seem to be suffering of Erectile Disfunction, which is very common in people with Diabetes.

+1 see a doctor. You need to be treating the cause, not the symptom.

your problem is probably physical and related to the balance of your medications and/or your blood pressure. Talk frankly with a doctor, preferably an actual urologist.

Contact the people at stockroom.com. These machines do exist but are hard to find, but they should know where to get one. You might have to import from Japan.

Hey Thank you all for your advice. But to put to rest the idea of seeing a Doctor on the problem, you will have to understand that I know all that about seeing a Doctor. I know where the problem stems from. I just need to know if there is such a product available and where to get one. So I thank you all so much for your help, But if you could just suggest a place to find what I need, that would be more helpful............Thank you//BJ

Yeah, dude already knows he has a problem due to his diabetes. You can't cure that. He's looking for ways to still get his rocks off in spite of it. Have you tried a fleshlight? No suction, but if you haven't tried one that might do the trick. I used to use one and found it very effective for masturbating, though I don't have your problem so I can't speak to how effective it would be in your case.

The reason people are recommending a doctor is because the doctor may actually have a better solution than some kind of suction contraption. Modifying medications, or prescribing a new medication, or any other number of actual solutions.

Is it only a problem when you masturbate? Like, when you're with another person, do you not have issues?

Well, he said he already saw a doctor, what could mean that he probably didn't get a prescription for Viagra or Ciales.

He said he knows all about seeing a Doctor. It's possible that he saw a doctor, got a diagnosis for his diabetes, the doctor mentioned some of the things he might experience, and he called it a day. He may not have seen a proper urologist, he may not have seen a doctor for this specific symptom. If he hasn't taken those steps then he really should.

See, suction applied to the penis isn't the safest or healthiest thing to do. It can cause damage if overdone - either by strength or by frequency - and I don't think this guy wants to break his dick. This is also part of why I asked if he has this problem when being intimate with another person. It's possible this is a mental thing rather than a physical one. I can imagine it's very frustrating, and frustration can make this kind of thing even worse. But before anyone can give him halfway decent advice, we need more information.

I don't think the lack of a suction device is really the problem here.

Hey Thanks All: For your help. The best one so far is the Venus 2000. But like it was said, it is expensive.
I wish there was something like that, that I could afford. I have seen the doctors for this, they have no suggestions. Anyone else have anything to add. I would love to hear it. Thanks again//BJ

These doctors you mention, they seem quite incompetent to me, there are several ways to deal with this, but you need to be checked by a specialist before you are prescribed anything that could modify your blood pressure.

Lots of other things can be done (once you get medical supervision and approval) to increase blood flow - the cheapest options that come to mind are exercise, diet, and weight loss, all of which should be done in consultation with a competent doctor. Like fantasma said, see a urologist.

Doctors aren't wizards that just look into a crystal ball and see the answer. If he hasn't seen a urologist, then sure that's a good suggestion. But if he has already seen specialists it's entirely possible that there's not a clear solution to his problem and that doesn't make them incompetent just because some dudes on the internet said so.
