If the videos didn't make it clear, this game is like Super Meat Boy, Hitman, and the best Michael Mann film of all time.

It also has one of the best soundtracks this year.

Get to murderin dudes in the 80s, the game is 10 bucks from most online retailers and is definitely worth it.

The Owl mask highlights the purple tiles in each level that you have to pick up to solve the puzzle

No there is a LOT of this

Levels play out almost like puzzles, figuring out what order and by what means to kill everyone without getting swarmed and killed yourself

Combine that with some serious twitch shooting/melee and that is hotline Miami

Grab a gun and use shift to see the lower guy, he always fires first

lock onto him (middle mouse button) and burst through the doors shooting

then you can take care of the other guy at your leisure

so what was the deal with the dudes in the sewer? I solved the puzzle, which is where I assume my guy knew their computer password from. But do we know what he finds on the computer?

You have to access the computer before you talk to the sewer dudes. It's not really worth it, it makes no sense anyway. The only narrative you should pay attention to is if it has to deal with the Mask guy.

I'm at Chapter 8, and this game is amazing so far.
Highly recommend it to anyone exept epileptics.

I had a lot of trouble before and then I turned the controller on and breezed through like 4 chapters

Throwing your weapons is super important

And lock-on is the way to use guns

I think Flexibility is rated on how many different weapons you use to kill dudes

So if you go through an entire level with the same knife, 0 Flexibility

the best tactic in this game is to get a pipe, peek around a door opening, and bash the baddies' heads in as they dumbly file through the door to get you

doesn't work so well at the police station, where there aren't any pipes

Are you making it without an extension? It's pretty important that you do that.
