Wii Panic! VC games not working....

Today I turned on my Wii to continue my glorious Super Gouls 'n Ghosts marathon, and low and behold when it trys to load up the game, my screen goes blank, and the game never loads. Yesterday it was working fine, today, nothing. After a high pitched squeel, I tried resetting my wii, disconnected and reconnected the power and still no love. Wii and Cube games still work fine, but VC games appear to have hit the perverbial dust. Please, please be someone out there somewhere who can help me.

Oh, I should add what could be a vital piece of information... Today I moved house. But the Wii was carried to the new palace of gaming love on a delicate bed of care and compassion. It was not dropped, banged or bumped in anyway and was inside the Wii carry bag at all times.

Its ok.. Previously I was plugging my Wii into my TV via an amp. I re-routed it, this time plugging the Wii straight into the TV and all is fine. For some reason my amp does not like VC games.. Maybe because it is old technology or something? I'm sure someone on here will know. I do remember someone having issues with VC games being non-interlaced or interlaced or something.. Perhaps this is the same issue? However, crisis averted.
