It should go without saying, but Tzeentch is trying to trick you. He's more than capable of placing corruption in 3 relevant areas.

Tzeentch summons a Temporal Stasis on The Border Princes:
    (M) Temporal Stasis - 1 - The cost for your opponents to summon figures to this region, and play Chaos cards in this region, is increased by two.

    Round 2-Summoning Phase

    game93state18.png

    Old World Effects

Dwarf Trollslayers - In the end phase when Old World cards are resolved, the player with the smallest Threat score places an additional Hero token in any region where there is already a Hero token.

    Chaos Effects

Skull Throne in the Empire allowing Khorne to count the sum of his figures' attack power instead of quantity for domination.
Great Foul Comsumption in Bretonnia. At the end of the corruption phase, after corruption tokens have been placed but before checking for ruination, remove all of Nurgle's figures from this region. Place a corruption token here for every two units removed this way.
Temporal Stasis in the Border Princes increasing the cost on summoning and chaos cards by 2 for anyone other than Tzeentch.

I'm pretty sure that Khorne should go before you do. Seeing as he has one PP.

Your destiny lies not in Tilea, Daemonette. Tzeentch has other plans for you ...

Play on Tilea. Move Daemonette from Tilea to Norsca

I feel as if I specifically have been targeted.

  • AlegisAlegis Impeckable Registered User regular
@Typhus733, if you manage to kill a rat in Kislev, I will spare your cultist (and take the other rat instead). This will grant you a dial advancement, for placing 2 corruption in a populous region.

If instead I target one of your cultists, you will not gain a dial advancement, as you will only place 1 corruption. Thus I recommend you take out the rat. I will follow suit and take out the other rat. You have all reasons to trust me, as it is more beneficial for me to take out the rat if you hit a rat. It is most beneficial for you to not lose a cultist and gain a dial advancement.

  • BelfastBelfast Penguins PenguinsRegistered User regular
I would like to point out that there is no need to "take out the rat" (as Alegis so offhandedly remarked), as I'm getting neither points nor dial advancement this turn.

You're dominating Kislev, and as such - also a tick.

    @Typhus733

Tzeenyweeny is lying to you. If you don't target his cultist, he is guaranteed to double-tick this round. That's a terrible thing to allow. If you don't target him I will do nothing but persecute you for the rest of the game. If you DO target him, I'll go easy on you.

  • TayrunTayrun Registered User regular
    @Belfast

I'm sorry about the whole Insidious Lies thing. I really didn't have any better move. :(

  • AlegisAlegis Impeckable Registered User regular
    edited December 2012
I get double tick anyways. He can kill at most 1 cultist. I've got 3 there. 2 will always remain.

If he kills a rat I got an incentive to kill the other rat to prevent a HR tick. If he doesn't kill a rat, I can deny Nurgle a dial advancement by killing his cultist.
It is only logical. You cannot twist this.

  • TayrunTayrun Registered User regular
Fair point. If he rolls a 6 then a hit he needs to target you. We can only hope.

Nice try trying to threaten him when you have nothing to show!

Slaanesh is a coward who's only going for the most points/ticks she can get. Trying to be the third dog getting away with the bone. Slaanesh the opportunist.

In all seriousness though, we all have to take a looksie at slaanesh and khorne not running away with all the points.

  • AlegisAlegis Impeckable Registered User regular
Oh right, I forgot about the 6. That remains an option

This is stupid. We're all going for most points/tick. That's how the game works.

This is stupid. You'll be a tick ahead with solid position. You'll obviously be the biggest threat.

Well you were implying you were going kingmaker to "punish him". Which of course you never would. You'd only target those in the lead, if you'd even target at all.

For ticks I'm doing okay so far. Points wise though you and khorne are making a run for it.
