spam cooldown?

I had 3 tabs open and responded to 3 threads within a minute and got hit with this. Is that new? Should I avoid tabs so this is less common?

    Weird I've never noticed (guess I finished those three responses in quick succession)! Thanks for the heads up.

    Though I've never gotten it on triple posts in chat threads.
