Wii U - Cant run transfer Wizard

I'm trying to run the Wii U transfer Wizard on my Wii U and it says I'm not connected to the internet and that I have to return to the Wii U system settings. I'm very much connected and verified on my WIFI though. Anyone have a fix for this?

    I'm getting a direct error that says my internet settings are not to complete and to return to the Wii U system menu, it won't connect to the store on the Wii Menu either, gives me the same error.

    Found a fix for this, if anyone else is getting this I will post the steps.
