Need help finding names of tv shows I watched as a kid. Please Help!

So there are a couple I used to watch and for the life of me I can't remember what they are called.

The first one was definitely shot in the late 80's or early 90's. It was an action oriented show that featured characters carrying their armor in napsacks and putting it on when they fought. Based on the style of the drawings and the fact that it was a blood and violence filled show I'm almost certain it is Japanese. It used to come on after dragonball Z and had similar art style especially when they would put on their armor and fight.

Second Show: Same time frame. This show was set in space. It was of guys in robot suits fighting each other. The robot suits that they would fight each other with were these large crystals they wore on their necks. When they were done fighting the suit would turn back into a crystal and the fighter would go back to his space ship.

Any help would be really appreciated! Thanks in advance.

The first one might (maybe) be Ronin Warriors, but maybe not. The "put on armor" thing is really what I'm going on there.

The second one is almost certainly Teknoman.

Thank you so much for the quick reply. I don't think its ronin warriors. I just zipped through the first two episodes on youtube and although it looks familiar something is off. The episodes I watched had all the warriors separated a they were always walking with their armor which was in a white napsack.

Found it! It was on the sidebar to the link Narbus sent me. Called Knights of the Zodiac
I have no idea if Im going to like these shows nearly 20 years later but I'm getting a really big bowl, filling it with popcorn and locking my wife in the bedroom tonight! (because we don't have a tv in the bedroom hehe)

Got one more for everyone here. It wasn't an animated show it was live action. I vaguely remember this one episode. It was a guy who put on a suit of armor (almost like an all black robocop suit) he had guns, and a huge helmet. I think he rode a motorcycle just can't remember. Any help is appreciated.

Yeah, people beat me to it, but I immediately knew it was Saint Seiya. To this day I'm a huge fan of the show, even though the show doesn't always hold up. But if you were anything like me, the moment you start hearing the music, you'll get goosebumps nonetheless. Or maybe I'm just a big nerd for that show.

Also, if you have money to waste, do a google search for 'Saint Seiya Myth cloths'. The toys that they're making nowadays blow away the ones from the 80's.
