[Shadowgate] Returns!

Well, hopefully anyway.

So maybe it's not cyberpunk like the other Shadow KS I happily backed, but this one is still near and dear to me, because I grew up on this sucker:

Shadowgate was one of my favorite games way back when. That and Uninvited (though I never finished Uninvited).

I always wanted to finish the N64 sequel but never did.

I played this (and Uninvited) on the Macintosh back in the day. There was something scarier about it when it was in black & white. One of my favorites. Hopefully they get a late boost financially so we can get the extra levels.

@cj_iwakura, I don't think you're allowed to link to kickstarters anymore so you might want to take the link out of the OP.

This is the first I've heard of this though, and I loved Shadowgate on the NES so I'm kind of excited that this may get the funding it needs!

Yeah, I'm not sure what gave anyone the idea that the ban might have been lifted, but it hasn't.

I saw that Shadowgate Kickstarter a few weeks back too, but I can't say I'm a big fan of that art style. I hope the music is as awesome as the NES one though.

The latest update from the composer says he's using the NES tunes as inspiration. They've already shared some samples.
