PS3 games on hard drive, work with new profile?

Thinking about selling my PS3, but was curious if I should include the games on the hard drive in the listing. If someone make a new PSN account will those games work?

I know they wouldn't be able to download them again as I'm going to clear off any trace of my PSN account.

    No that will not work. Maybe for a limited time if you never put the PS3 online but after a while they will need to log-on line AS YOU, to reauthorize the DRM.

    The games are tied to your PSN account and you can authorize up to 2 devices to use.
